December 2012

Wow am I bad at keeping this page up to date! GOT TO DO BETTER! It has been a colossal couple of years for me, especially in voiceover, ever since I joined my amazing agent Arlene Thornton. She's a powerhouse and I have had two of the most successful years of my career, largely because of the Kudos her name, care and attention have brought me. I am truly grateful to her and her entire team for all their help.

A lot has been happening. I was cast as Alfred in the new Batman series for Cartoon Network, Beware The Batman and we are close to finishing recording on Season 1. It has been an enormously fun experience and we have a great cast and the best animation director out there, Andrea Romano (look her up!)

The video game world continues to explode and I have been a huge beneficiary of that. I've been a large part of some huge fanchises in the last couple of years and had a lot of fun in the booth as a result. Assassins' Creed, Uncharted, Star Wars, Call Of Duty, World Of Warcraft, Xcom, Darksiders, Diablo, Disney Kinect Adventures, Saints' Row and a ton of stuff for Marvel. It's been an amazing journey and it continues with a new motion capture project for Sony, a giant comic book franchise and many more exciting gigs that I cannot talk about because I've signed lots of pieces of paper saying I can't!

Keep checking the page and I promise I'll update more often...!
October 2009 - January 2011
Happy New Year, everyone! A long time since any updates, so here we go!

TV gigs this year included: CSI: NY, Raising The Bar, Nikita, I'm In The Band and a 2-episode run as a serial killer on Cold Case - it was a great year for TV work. JB also completed work on The Black Panther with Djimon Honsou, Alfre Woodard and Kerry Washington. It's a very cool animated series based on the comic books of the same name and produced by Reginald Hudlin. The series was released on DVD in January 2011 and is available in stores now, though we're told it is selling out fast! 2010 saw JB do a lot of work for the Avengers series on TV, with continuing work on Monster, Bleach, Naruto and Kekkeishi.

2010 was also a great year for video game work, with JB performing in titles such as Dante's Inferno, Coraline, Darksiders, Socom, Arcania, Final Fantasy, Streetfighter 4 and many more...

JB is pleased to announce that he has been cast in a major motion-capture franchise that will take most of 2011 to complete. For legal reasons we can say no more than that at this time. JB continues to work on some of the best-selling, new and original titles and has tremendous passion for this area of his work.

Also, the beginning of 2011 has seen JB complete his first National TV and Radio commercial campaign for Taco Bell - his first booking with his amazing new agent Arlene Thornton. This is a new relationship and JB could not be more excited about working with Arlene for all his voiceover work. It's going to be a great year...! JB would also like to thank Lynda McCarrell at Daniel Hoff for all her amazing hard work over the years.

Check back for more updates soon and we promise to try and keep this area of the site more current this year!!! Thanks for all your messages and support - keep chasing your dreams!
